IOLabs aim to create innovative musical instruments in hardware form for forward thinking live performance and studio recording.

The company was formed in 2014 and after 5 years in R&D, with the support of the synthesis community, we successfully launched our first product Flux on Kickstarter. Flux uses our Temporal Modulation Synthesis™ algorithm to create new methods of generating complex rhythms.

IOLabs will focus on new methods of musical interactions, interfacing with digital synthesis techniques via hands-on, analog interfaces.
